OK, I thought Egoscue’s first book was fabulous but when he came out with his book for women starting from youth to aged, I was beyond excited. I love the idea that my health is really in my own hands and if the body is given the proper nutrition and exercise, it can live strong and long. The exercises in this book dd to the first one. Hey, it works for guys too, but Pete said that women are more likely to listen to him, hence “for Women”. Guys, don’t let the title put you off.
